Raymond Murphy

Raymond Murphy loss assessor

Raymond holds a BA in Legal Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology, specialising in company law in his final year. He has over 21 years of Loss Adjusting experience having joined Cunningham Lindsey (formally GAB Robins) in March 2002. There he worked in their head office in Dublin until 2003 before subsequently moving to their Waterford Branch where he was appointed Office Manager in 2006. During this time he attained a DIP LA in 2011. During his time loss adjusting, he became involved in many large, technical and complex losses in the Southern region and was centrally involved in the Dublin and Cork flood claims of recent years. He also played a major role in the Cork office for many years dealing primarily with Subsidence and Commercial losses.

In January 2014 Raymond left Cunningham Lindsey and joined OSG for 6 months in their Waterford office to assist them with the large volume of Storm Claims which arose following the major storm in February 2014.

Thereafter Raymond set about setting up his own Loss Assessing Company; RM Property Claims.

During this time Mike O’Sullivan sought Raymond’s assistance in dealing with his portfolio and subsequently an agreement was reached to merge the two businesses.
